We want you to love your routine, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all products. If something isn't working for you, we are here to help you find your new favorites.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason to generate your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original Glossier box or any mailer and attach the provided prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
